At this time due to market conditions, days on market and tax situations (short terms capital gains taxes), we are not looking for rehab fix and flip properties. In analyzing various markets (especially Arizona), there is too much supply and based on taxes on profits, how long to be held onto for selling, the time/investment is not profitable.

We are working more with equity investing on projects where your time is not so involved yet making money. See about our condo projects. I personally have invested in these and is working out quite nicely for me.
