We know that much success is attributed to the already established relationships people have in the real estate community. The referral program will allow real estate investors and other real estate professionals to refer investors to our program.

On Certain Condo projects: Any investor referring another investor and they purchase one of these units, get paid .5% of the sales price.

All Others:

What is the benefit to doing so? Bottom line: make money.

For each investor that you refer to our group this is how you will be paid:

For each project that the investor completes, you will receive 15% of our share of the net profits of the project. If there is more than one investor in that project, it will be pro-rata to the percentage of capital contribution that investor invested.

Example:

Project capital needed: $100,000 (two partners invested one for $75,000 (your investor) and the other for $25,000). The arrangement was we would receive 25% of the net profits.

Net profit, after all expenses and pay back of capital contributed, was $100,000.

Our net profit was $25,000. 75% of this amount is $18,750 so 15% of this is $2,812.50.

This would be for each and every project the investor is involved with belonging to the AZ Investment Group.

Imagine sitting back after referring someone and being surprised receiving money. This would be a 1099 situation (any questions on this should be directed to your accountant)

Please understand the following:

This is for someone referring and investor and not someone referring themselves. Now we are sure some will "work the system" and say they were referred by someone they know like a brother or other partner to grab this 15% of our net profits.

It would be something like "Hey Sally I found this investment website and going to fill out their profile form. I will put you down as who referred me and then you will get some money out of each and every deal. By doing so, we could split your share say 50/50."

We are looking to work with investors with solid integrity and those that "play better in the sand box" than others will be presented with investment opportunities first.

We will also be asking for contact information from the investor for the person who referred them (thanking them). We will have the referring person fill out a form for proper contact information and stating they indeed referred the person.

Once an investor signs up and they were referred, that relationship is established. The investor is tied to the person who referred (until such time in writing by both parties agreeing that the relationship is no longer).
