I Want In The Home Now Program
This unique program requires no conventional bank financing or bank qualifying and receive ALL of the benefits of home-ownership - including the deed to the property! Move into your dream home now and make the necessary monthly payments. Due to the structure of this – these payments are then tax deductible for you - which means you are saving tons of money on your income tax!
With this program - you are in your dream home immediately - are enjoying all the benefits and rights of home ownership (including the deed to the property) - have increased your take home pay - all without having to qualify for a conventional loan through the banks!
This program is safe, secure and has legally been in operation for over 90 years in the US. To qualify, a deposit of five percent (5%) to ten percent (10%) is typically required along with an ability to make the monthly payments. Please note that for most of the properties - a large portion, if not all, of the deposit CAN be financed. All that is required up front by the buyer is the transfer fee and closing costs. Rent-To-Own Program
This program offers an alternative financing option that allows home buyers to lease a home now with an option to buy when they are ready. Each month's rent payment may consist of not only the rent, but an additional amount which can be applied toward the purchase price when it comes time to buy. This is an excellent option for those buyers with a tarnished or poor credit report or those that wish to TRY a house before they BUY a house (Does the neighborhood work? Is the commute acceptable? Does the floorplan work? etc.) The Rent-To-Own program allows you to move you and your family into your dream home NOW while allowing you the time it takes to fix your credit or save a down-payment to qualify for a loan to purchase the property.
Your timely payments, as a benefit to you, we will report a positive rating to the credit bureau with the goal of improving your score.
We could put you in touch with a credit management service (serviced by an insured & bonded third party credit management company). We will help you increase your credit score over the coming months so that you can qualify for a mortgage - enabling you to purchase the home outright! The moment you are qualified the house is yours to be purchased! All that you need to do to qualify for this program is provide a reasonable non-refundable deposit and ensure that you are capable of making the monthly payments (We do all the rest)!

3). Show the 'pre-qualification' letter to the seller(s) and / or agent(s) of the home(s) in your area that you desire to purchase and have the home seller contact us any questions they have about the program above.
4). If the seller is open to making their home available to you through our program - AZ Investment Group will then proceed with placing you in the home!
